Sarah Rawlings, LCSW

Sarah works with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and behavioral challenges.

She enjoys partnering with children and families to strengthen communication, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Sarah believes therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to build on their strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

Sarah utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual's unique needs. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, strengths-based interventions, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and play-based techniques when appropriate. Sarah values meeting clients where they are and helping them develop skills that can be applied in everyday life to improve emotional well-being, relationships, and resilience.

Sarah earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Social Work from Florida State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and has extensive experience providing outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and families in community mental health settings.
